Hi, I’m Yasmine Achibat

UX strategist, systems thinker, and former healthcare ops lead.

I spent six years designing documentation systems for NYC’s Early Intervention Program where mistakes didn’t just cause delays, they risked audits, lost funding, and real consequences. That’s where I learned that beautiful design means nothing without clarity, precision, and control.

Today, I create scalable UX solutions that solve messy, operational problems. I focus on workflows where trust, speed, and accuracy matter. My work reduces rework, shortens onboarding time, and improves compliance, because in complex systems, clean UX isn’t just nice to have. It’s essential.

I trained through Springboard’s UX Career Track with mentorship from Kevin Keiper, learning to tie every design decision to measurable business impact.

If your product is drowning in inefficiencies, unclear flows, or inconsistent submissions, I design the system that fixes it.
